Focus on employees is one of our company's strategic goals, and we invest a lot of time and effort in our people to ensure that they are treated with equality, respect and dignity.
Employee satisfaction studies
We conduct an annual employee engagement and satisfaction survey to better understand employee needs and expectations. In the survey, employees of the Group are asked:
- whether they like their job;
- how they are feeling at work;
- how they feel about colleagues, managers, cooperation, etc.
In 2022, the survey showed that employee job satisfaction reached 84% and as many as 78% of employees would recommend our company as a reliable employer.
Our people say they are motivated by managers who are open to innovation, by the opportunities to use their skills and grow within the company, by friendly colleagues, a positive company culture and interesting leisure activities.
Employee training and development
We regularly offer general competency training to develop business, managerial, leadership and personal skills.
Our employees participate in a variety of seminars and conferences to gain new knowledge, improve their skills and learn about market innovations and best practices.
We also have a training platform where you can learn on your own, as well as access materials from existing trainings.
Competence assessment interviews
We have an annual competence assessment, which involves discussing each employee’s strengths and areas for improvement, deciding on actions to increase competence, and drawing up a development, learning and career plan. All this contributes to the achievement of the company's strategic objectives.
To assess competences, we use a special tool – Cognology.
Sustainability and social initiatives
We are a socially responsible company. We take care of the environment by participating every year in the National Tree Planting Event and the River Cleanup Lithuania campaign to clean up rivers and their banks.
We also pay attention to the physical well-being of our employees – they take part in Kaunas and Vilnius marathons and the extreme obstacle race Alfa Run FIESTA, as well as cycling and walking challenges. We hold a range of workshops on physical and mental health and healthy lifestyle.
In cooperation with Maltesers we support the elderly in Lithuania, and we take care of homeless animals by providing them with the necessities.
We collaborate with and provide financial support to POLA, an organisation that helps oncology patients.
This year, we have started cooperation with Vilnius Tech by providing scholarships and practical training opportunities for logistics students with our employees – professionals in their field.
