Integre Trans employees are a reflection of company life. Seeing the activity of our employees and their willingness to represent the company externally, we decided to set up the Ambassadors Club, which is made up of happy, motivated employees who are actively engaged in the company's activities and who are professionals in their field.

The Ambassadors Club is an internal group of employees that helps to create, reveal and develop the company's culture as well as foster a good working atmosphere and cooperation. The Club's vision is to become a “bridge” between employees and managers and to promote mutual understanding and cooperation at all levels, thus contributing to the overall success of the company.

Those who join the club are given bespoke Ambassador Club badges and smart working tools. The Ambassadors meet once a month to share their experiences, advice and ideas on new projects and initiatives. Every quarter, the Ambassadors invite famous people from Lithuania to the club to share their inspiring and motivating stories. Employees represent the company both internally and in the public sphere, sharing moments from company life, taking part in projects or social activities, and taking the initiative to organise activities themselves. Ambassadors also develop their competences and have training intended exclusively for members of the club. Ambassadors are also supported by the company's executives, which also contributes to further development of their career.
